  I first visited this Gym in April 2012 and would have rated it 5 stars. But not any more after my visit in December 2017. The isolating machines are awesome, but the benches, storage lockers and the miss match Dombels needs updating. The height of the benches,makes them very unsafe and unsteady. Improvising is ok at a little gym but not at (ELITE FITNESS).

  Best gym in The Gambia. Has 2 gyms, a pool, football field, cycling room, Zumba room and their memberships prices are really affordable! In addition, the have good personal trainers too ! But do your own research too just don't blindly trust 100% what they say after all everyone makes mistakes.
